Abroad
You can print off a return form from the "Return/exchange" section in your customer account and easily return anything you don't like. Please note that we do not pay the delivery charges for deliveries abroad.
EXCHANGES

If you want an item in a different size or color, simply return the goods and order the item you want from the shop. You can print off a return label and form from your customer account and easily return anything you don't like at no charge to yourself. Since we don't charge for deliveries within Germany, this won't cost you anything extra.
