Cancellation right
You may cancel the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, either in written form (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the goods when they have been handed over to you prior to the expiration of the term. The term commences upon receipt of this instruction in written form, but not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of goods of the same kind, not prior to receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not prior to the meeting of our obligations to provide information in accordance with Article 246, Section 2 in connection with Section 1, Par. 1 and 2 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations in accordance with Section 312g, Par. 1, Clause 1 German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246, Section 3 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). To comply with this time limit for cancellation, the timely sending of the cancellation or dispatching of the goods is sufficient. Cancellation instructions should be sent to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, each party must return the performances received and restore any benefits claimed (e.g. interest). Should you be unable to return performances or benefits (e.g. advantages of usage) to us or can only return or restore these to us in a deteriorated condition, you must replace the value to this extent. You need only provide replacement of value in the case of deterioration of the object and for benefits received to the extent that the benefits or the deterioration can be traced back to the handling of the object extending beyond the testing of the properties and their functionality. "Testing of the properties and their functionality" is to be understood as the testing and trying out of the respective goods, such as is possible and usual in a retail store.
Objects suited for shipment as packages are to be sent back at our risk. Return shipment involves no costs for customers from Germany. Customers with their place of residence outside of Germany must bear the costs of return shipment themselves. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be met within 30 days. The term commences for you with the sending of your notification of cancellation or of the object, for us with its receipt.
